Delivery
We provide dependable delivery service within a 50-mile radius of Hernando. Delivery outside the daily delivery service area is available for a nominal fee.

Special Orders
Non-stock items can be ordered. A 50% special order fee is required in advance of ordering. Delivery time of special orders varies depending on vendors. Please allow six weeks in some cases.

Returns
We accept returns of fixtures within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Fixtures must be in returned in original boxes, uninstalled in the condition in which they were sold. A 25% restocking fee applies to special order fixtures that are returned. Clearance items are non-returnable.

Damages
All damages must be reported within 24 hours. Items received damaged from manufacturer will be replaced at no charge. Items damaged after delivery are the customers responsibility.

Back Orders
Customers may choose to wait for back ordered item or may choose another item from in-stock inventory. If a customer chooses to wait, Magnolia Lighting will not be responsible for installation.

Although installation of fixtures is not a standard service, we will gladly arrange installation through an independent sub-contractor.

Warranty
Magnolia Lighting offers a one year warranty on fixtures and fans. The warranty period begins when the light fixtures are delivered. Most fans also have an extended manufacturer warranty. Fixture warranties do not include bulb replacement or damage incurred during the construction process.
